Bodhi cycling teamstore

ONLINE TEAMSTORE

Your own online shop, personalized and adapted to your group of friends, team, company or event. A person shall be designated as trustee from Team Store, with whom we will coordinate the follow-up of the received orders.

SET-UP
When the total amount of the orders exceeds 3,000 euros, the team store set-up is for free. Otherwise, a charge of 150 euros will be applied.

PURCHASE PROCESS
Similar to an online store and adapting the payment system individually or in group.

DELIVERY
We can send the orders to 1 group address or ship to each member individually (extra shipping charges may apply)

DEADLINES
You'll be able to set opening and closing date of your teamshop. Delivery will be 6 weeks after closing date. We suggest you open the online shop 3 times a year.

CRASH REPLACEMENT

Bodhi offers a free repair service on all products, where a crash or accident has damaged your garment. Accidents happen to the best of us and no one likes ruining their favourite kit. Please get in contact with us at sales@bodhicycling.be, providing proof of purchase and photos of the garments. Note repairs can take up to 4 weeks to process, an customers are responsible for returning goods to us when using the free repair service. When products cannot be repaired we’re happy to exchange your old garments for a one-time 50% “crash replacement discount” on a new kit.

JERSEY DOWNSIZE DEAL

Your determination paid off. You lost some weight and you need a size smaller. Bodhi loves perseverers and replaces your jersey for half the price.



CHANGES & RETURNS

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted order once the order receipt period has ended, at which point the custom garments will be manufactured.
