What are minimum orders?
You can order from 5 pieces/product.
What about re-orders?
Re-orders also possible from 3 pieces/product.
What is the lead time for delivery of my order?
6 weeks from final approval of design and confirmation of sizes & quantities, we ship from Belgium.
Will I receive a proof?
We always send you a digital proof. We can also send you a proof on fabric (by post) but please be aware this will delay the order process, since we need a final approval before production starts.
Can I receive a price offer?

What is the payment process?
As soon as you placed the order you will receive a 50% deposit invoice.The balance is due on delivery.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION
How many colors can I use?
In our printing unit in Belgium, all orders are digitally printed so you can use as many colors as you want, we don’t charge per color. The best way to get the right color is to provide Pantone references or we can send you our color chart printed on fabric by post.
How do I deliver logos?
To create the sharpest print, you should provide your logos and graphics in vector format (.pdf or .eps)
Where is your production?
We have 2 production units of our own. 1 is situated in Belgium where all the printing, design and R&D happens. Our sewing unit is situated in Tunesia.
What are the design costs and how many iterations are included?
A fully bespoke design starts at 150 euro. Our design team contacts you by phone to understand your wishes and ideas. Within 4 business days we deliver 3 unique designs. 2 iteration rounds are included.
Is the Bodhi logo on my kit?
We are very passionate about our products and spent a lot of time on R&D. Putting the Bodhi logo (left chest) on our products makes us very proud.We’ll find the best position to work in harmony with your graphics and colours – we even change the colour of our logo to match. After all, this is your kit.

Can I see samples?
We understand that you may want to check the quality and fit of our products.We can send your our starterskit or we can also send you a sizing set.
Can I use a sizing set and what is the transport cost?
We send you a sizing set so everyone of the team can fit and choose the right size.

My kit is damaged, what can I do?
Slip-and-fall accidents may happen. Is your cycling kit damaged? Order a new one and get a 50% discount. Please be aware the order minimum for re-orders is 3 pieces/product
I trained too much and dropped a size ?
Need of a smaller size — from all that cycling? You can easily reorder the same design in a different size with a 50% discount. Please be aware the order minimum for re-orders is 3 pieces/product.
